We tried this truck at Taste of Cincinnati 2023. The fries were absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but damn! The service was quick, even with the crowds. Very efficient ordering system. This was probably one of my favorites!

Really good food truck with authentic Asian food & friendly staff! Shrimp tempura, lumpia & bulgogi was all really good. My husband got the pho which the owners recommended. He enjoyed it a lot with the exception of the meatballs which he thought tasted freezer burned. Overall it was very good, would definitely go back if we're ever in the area again!

SEA Cuisine Foodtruck came by my work today, and I'm a fan! SEA stands for "South East Asian", so this isn't just a seafood truck! They have an Asian Fusion menu, covering everything from Teriyaki to Banh Mi to Pho to Tacos. The woman taking orders said the tacos were popular so I got shrimp tacos ($10.50 for 3 tacos). They were great! The shrimp was hot and well-seasoned, topped with spicy mayo, salsa, cilantro, and tons of sriracha for a nice kick. My only complaint is I think these would be better with corn tortillas instead of flour, but that's personal preference. My friend got the pho, which came with all of the ingredients separated so that you could make it on the go. The pho broth was very flavorful, and he said he liked it for a food truck but it still wasn't as good as other pho restaurants around town. Our food came out super fast (5 minutes or so).
