I visited on a Sunday around 11 o'clock. Just as the kase was baking, I bought a liver kase and a cheese kase. It was the first time I saw it come out of the big oven! Also, my husband's favorite is Iberian pork bacon. When you slice it thinly and eat it raw without grilling, the fat melts and it's delicious, even though I don't really like fatty meat! I feel that. (He will ask if you would like to slice it thinly so that he can eat it raw.) Also, the cheese in the showcase on the right side was delicious. (I bought Taleggio and Prima Donna Maturo) Sometimes I go to a cheese specialty store to buy it, but if it's to your taste, I'm sure it's just as delicious. The granny (the owner's mother?)'s attentive customer service also captures your heart. I don't know of any other shops around here that specialize in this type of wine, and although I don't drink much beer, I like easy-going Italian red wine, so I have a lot of Seehoff in my fridge.
