Had Sunday Brunch and it was fabulous. Eggs,potatos,omelet were all delicious. Service was outstanding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30

The food… maybe above average
The cost… there in lies the problem. Our granddaughter was experiencing a lack of food meltdown so we asked for a slice of bread. They brought a biscuit and charged $4.00. The grandkids ordered waffles. We were charged $3.50 for each for their syrup. The waiter asked if I wanted a biscuit with my skillet… I was charged for that. A Manhattan was $32.00.
We were a table of 8 so a 20% tip was automatically added (which was fine) but added with tax amount.
Oh, I forgot about the two slices of bacon that were$8.00…

Five friends who were celebrating a birthday today decided to try your restaurant for lunch. I brought a cake in and told the hostess it was a surprise and to take it in the back and bring out after lunch. Instead she brought it to the table as I walked up. If that wasn't bad enough I asked her to take it to the back for later which remained on table the whole time. Food for lunch was very pricey but ok but then I asked her if she could serve the cake for us and said it will be a charge which I expected but she added the cake service on the girls check whose birthday it was. Needless to say very embarrassed .When she brought us our checks gratuity was added on which she did not mention. I have worked in food service for many years including 18 at Open Hearth. Hope you all will think about retraining your employees if this is the best they can do.
