Had dinner at Sendo Ramen today and tried both the Signature Shoyu and Signature Shio ramen. Really impressed with the depth and balance of the broth in both bowls — clean, rich, and comforting without being too heavy. The ingredients also tasted fresh and well-prepared. We were really excited when this place first opened, but never got the chance to visit. A few months passed and the initial hype seemed to die down a bit. We also heard mixed reviews saying the taste didn’t quite live up to expectations. Still, we decided to give it a try on a random day. There was no queue and we were seated immediately. At that point, I honestly didn’t have very high expectations — but wow, the food was extraordinary. We ordered both the shoyu and shio ramen, and both were excellent. The shoyu broth came with a paste that tasted like truffle, which elevated the flavor to another level. The shio was clean, delicate, and very well balanced, though I personally preferred the shoyu. The toppings were outstanding as well — fatty chashu, sous vide chicken, duck (if I’m not mistaken), and memma were all done beautifully. Finishing the bowl felt like a rollercoaster of flavors from start to finish. Easily one of the best ramen spots in Bangkok since we moved back in early 2025. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but honestly, it felt completely worth it compared to many overpriced ramen places in the city. Can’t recommend this place enough. The ramen soup is perfectly balanced—fragrant and flavorful without being overly salty. Both the roasted duck and the sous-vide chicken breast were incredibly tender and juicy. Highly recommended! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
