The service was good overall. The miso butter mandu sauce had a very cheesy, funky flavor—which I personally enjoyed. The ramen broth was delicate and flavorful, and the toppings were good; however, the noodles weren’t my favorite texture and felt more like overcooked spaghetti. The bibimbap was really good and on the sweeter side, but it wasn’t served in the traditional hot stone dish, so it lacked the crispy bottom and became cold quickly. The egg yolk was also overdone—bibimbap usually works best with a runny yolk, or at least it would be nice to be asked for preference. The black bean chili shrimp noodles were a hit with my family, though I personally found them just average.
