The enjoyable service shows a high level of quality at Lido Vira Gambarogno, Shaka Beach. As most guests notice, the ambiance is peaceful. Actually a very nice place. Right on the lake, great loungers... but it's the details that are so annoying! The seats below are partly dirty and soaked. Then, despite few visitors, the service was understaffed. We always waited a long time and were only told after 20 minutes that the kitchen was closed. But the waiter didn't mention that there was ice cream and we had to find out for ourselves. There were only a few of the ice creams mentioned and no whipped cream at all. Then the prices are absolutely horrendous, even for Switzerland and a tourist resort. Homemade iced tea was okay, Maretto Sour very good. But 35 francs for such poor service and a few things just don't work. And last but not least, the loud music was annoying and we had to wait another 20 minutes (!) until we could pay. 2.5 points

Good morning, I'm very sorry but you got the structure wrong, the beach you're talking about is the RIVA Beach Club which is right next to ours, we are Shaka Beach, we are two different structures, please kindly delete this comment from our page.
