The food was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. However, there were some downsides. Alot of waiting time to get served and receive drinks/food They also require you to leave your coat at the coat check and charge a $5 fee every time you take it out, regardless of the circumstances. I tried explaining to the staff that it was -15°C outside, but their response was, "It's not my problem; you still have to pay." Additionally, they enforce mandatory tipping at the coat check, which felt excessive Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Good vibes, good service. They gave the wrong order to my friend but she kept it and ended up liking it and they gave us a free shot each for the mistake. We went around 5:30 so the vibes were nice and warming but I know it's a complete new ambiance later at night so we will be coming back for that Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

From the moment we walked through the doors of Shaker Cuisine & Mixologie Centropolis, the warm and welcoming atmosphere enveloped us. The dim lighting combined with elegant yet relaxed decor promised a relaxed and chic experience. And we were not disappointed ! The staff were the epitome of friendliness. Our server had an infectious sense of humor and impressive knowledge of the menus, guiding us through the selections with personalized recommendations. The food was another highlight. Each bite of our starter of melting brie melted deliciously in the mouth, while the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and masterfully seasoned. The chef truly has a magical hand, transforming simple ingredients into memorable dishes. And to end on a sweet note, the [specific dessert] was a masterpiece - a perfect balance of sweet and savory, light enough to conclude the meal without feeling overloaded. We had a wonderful evening at Shaker Cuisine & Mixologie Centropolis.
