Had dinner here at Shann Rice Bar in Hsinchu. Located on 7th in the shopping mall near Sheraton. This place has local Taiwanese cuisine. Overall the food is good and decent price. Not so crowded on weekday. Not too noisy. Food tastes good and the fried rice was very good.
