I had a very disappointing experience with Shibam Restaurant. I placed an order for three orders of heads, and when we arrived to pick it up, we were told that one of our orders was given away to a walk-in dine-in customer. As a paying customer with a confirmed order, this is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they said they had no more available, so our order was left incomplete. What’s even more frustrating is that no effort was made to accommodate us — no substitute, no partial refund, no discount, no apology. We were simply told there was nothing they could do. This is extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional order handling. I would not recommend this place if you expect your order to be honored.
