If you want to remember Toyosu Park, come to this restaurant first. Do not go away without tasting nicely cooked Tsukemen, miso ramen and broth. Imagine a combination of great meals and the professional staff, this is exactly what SHIRUBE provides you with. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about. This place is known for its peaceful atmosphere. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

We came to the Toyosu Mall after visiting TeamLabs for a quick and easy lunch. This ramen joint is on the basement floor, and what attracted us to here was their English menu. My ramen set was not bad. The shoyu ramen had a nice aroma and sweetness from the soy sauce. I did think it was a little too salty. The set came with sliced raw onions in chili oil with pork. This was mostly raw onions with bits of pork; it was super astringent and spicy so I didn’t really enjoy it. Service was quick and straightforward. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The broth was a bit too creamy thick for their no.1 miso soup noodles. It was more consistency of sauce instead of soup. Flavors were good though. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shirube, a chicken-based ramen located on the first basement level of Toyosu Station LaLaport. I visited for lunch on a weekday. Because it was before 12 o'clock, I was able to enter without waiting. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the chicken broth, chashu, and karaoke. It is based on chicken broth, but soy sauce is added, so the sweet and salty flavor goes well together. I'm touched. If you just add more garlic, you can feel the spicy taste of samgyetang. The chashu is very soft. It's good to eat without the smell of meat. The noodles are thin, but the ends are firm. I am very satisfied with the karaage that came as a set. The batter is very thin, well-fried, and lightly seasoned, making it very easy to eat. It's a taste that even kids will like. It is convenient because you can pay by credit card and QR code. There are tables for 4 people, and most seats are for 1 person at the counter.
