I’m a visitor in Riyadh. When I tried to order, the cashier told me that the coffee of the day was not available and that only V60 was offered. However, the customers after me were able to order the coffee of the day. I don’t understand the inconsistency in the service. On top of that, the cashier tried to raise his voice at me in front of other customers, which was very embarrassing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Absolutely loved my visit to Shots! Their cornflakes caramel balls are unbelievably yummy, truly one of a kind! And the iced flat white? Perfection. Smooth, rich, and easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Such a cozy spot with great vibes, definitely coming back soon!
