The food was genuinely very good, the bread was served still warm and the ingredients were high quality. I had a salmon toast which came with a poached egg on the side. Slow is without a doubt a very fashionable and popular place that attracts many guests and fits well into current trends. It is clearly a spot with its own following and a strong presence on the local breakfast scene. Personally, however, it is not really my style. The interior feels quite raw and minimalist, which some people may appreciate, but for me it lacked warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The food was decent. It was not bad, but it also did not stand out in any special way. Tasty enough, but rather average and without that memorable factor that makes you want to come back regularly. It will probably not become my regular breakfast place, but I would not discourage anyone from visiting. As everyone knows, it is simply a matter of personal taste.
