They told me the wait time was 15 minutes for the $10 lomein special that they had .. I bought an order of lomein and I waited and 20 minutes then they told me 5 more minutes after I waited 20 minutes.. I went up 5 minutes later and they told me 5 more minutes . I told them to just keep it.. And I took the lost.. I saw people coming before I ordered my food and people after I order my food get their food before me... never got to taste their food but they are definitely understaffed. Atmosphere: 1

First time trying Slurped on 52nd st Philadelphia. Didn’t go in for much but was immediately disappointed with the service. Very poor customer service, didn’t greet us with kindness. Two employees arguing with each other in front of customers. Very dismissive behavior. Didn’t acknowledge the other person I was there with, wasn’t even gonna take their order if they ain’t say anything smh. We gotta do better love my people but for some reason especially in the customer service department our people been letting us down lately unfortunately. Service: 1

I was looking on DoorDash to get dinner delivered and Slurp’d popped up, I been dying to try this place and decided to order before they closed. I ordered the Salmon Wrap Combo with a Lemon Drop smoothie and omg! I tasted the wrap before I put any sauce on it and it was sooo tasty and fresh! I didn't even really need the sauce. It was just that good. Now the Lemon Drop Smoothie I honestly didn't taste any lemon. It tasted like I just got mango and pineapple but it was still really good and nice and thick just how I like my smoothies For the food to be delivered it was still nice and hot and delicious! I will be trying more items from the menu in the future! CONGRATULATIONS to the owner and the whole staff! I hope Slurp’d stays around here for a long time!
