Thank you so much to the staff, not only for preparing such a delicious meal, but also for saying that just a Shooting Star would be enough to leave me fulfilled I was thinking of ordering an extra piece of smorrebrød, but was very happy with only my first Shooting Star. The bread was warm but still crunchy, the fillets were nicely tender, and the amount of sauce was not overwhelming the rest of the ingredients. So, all in all, I consider my first smorrebrød experience a true success! Will definitely comeback in the future to try the other pieces.
