If you’re at SouthCenter and craving a refreshing, Instagram-worthy treat, SNOWCUP CAFE is a must-stop. Their Mango Bingsu is the star of the show — a mountain of finely shaved ice that’s unbelievably soft, almost like fresh snow, layered with sweet mango chunks, mango puree, and a drizzle of condensed milk. It’s light, flavorful, and perfect for sharing (though you might not want to). service is friendly and quick. Whether you’re killing time after shopping or just need a cool escape, SNOWCUP hits the spot. Definitely coming back to try more flavors, but the Mango Bingsu has my heart.
