I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled. I had a reservation and made plans around it, only to be informed on the day that lunch service has been discontinued since July. There was no prior notice or attempt to notify me directly, which forced me to cancel my plans last minute. This kind of sudden cancellation without communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the restaurant will take future reservations and customer communication more seriously to avoid disappointing others.
