The last time I went the ladies inside were too busy screaming profanity at each other to bother with the customers. I waited at the window for over 20 minutes for a very small order. This isn't the first time I heard them screaming at each other either. If I was the manager or owner I would be soooo embarrassed and ashamed. This is unacceptable behavior. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect SONIC'S values. We are deeply concerned by your report, Rebecca, and will investigate immediately.

Order was wrong AGAIN, and I ordered tater tots with bbq sauce with my online order and the carhop told me I had to pay 80 cents per sauce packet because it’s store policy. Yet yesterday they didn’t charge me for one barbecue sauce with my tater tots so I do not understand but I highly recommend you DO NOT Eat at sonic and Ballinger tx Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Kasey, we apologize for the repeated issues with your order and the inconsistency regarding the sauce charge. We're sharing your feedback with the local management team to address these issues. We hope to provide a better experience in the future.

Worst sonic ever been to. The car hop did read back the order just quickly handed and darted away. Didn't get condiments we asked for when ordered, waved them down and was told pay for them. The two burgers were sloppy flopping sideways. One had the wrong condiments. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
