Why on earth did they make the sundaes this small for that price!! I can remember sonic having the biggest cups and worth it I’m too done. Then when he came out the ice cream was already melted Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We want every SONIC visit to leave you satisfied and every treat to be a win, Coco. We’re so sorry your sundae didn’t meet the expectation. We’re sharing your feedback with our team as we work to improve consistency and value in every order moving forward.

Recently I have been ordering the 6 American Smasher meal. Today I decided to add extra pickles on one of my burgers. I didn’t know you were charged $.49 cents to get extra on a topping that comes on the burger already. So when I received my meal and realized I paid .49 for y’all to put 1 extra pickle on my burger. I was pissed. One burger had 2 pickles and the other 3. The employees should be more aware. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Thanks for the honest feedback, Leah. A surcharge should definitely come with a generous portion, and it sounds like we missed the mark on your Smasher meal. We're sitting down with our team to review our add-ons so this doesn't happen again. We hope you'll give us another shot to get the value right for you.
