What a terrible place. Nothing about this Sonic is good. From the food to the service to the employees to even their drinks. Went by last Friday later in the day. Placed the order a head of time so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I only had to wait a few minutes which I get because they were a little busy but then I tried my drink before leaving and they were completely flat. We got 2 drink and neither had any carbonation at all. Just straight sugar water. Pressed the button and waited 10 minutes before a rude girl got on the speaker. She told me that they have plenty of C02 and I was wrong and that my drinks were probably flat from them being out of ice. Okay 1 drop the attitude. 2 you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. 3 good customer service isn’t telling the customer their wrong and make excuses. 4 who runs out of ice???? She got mad and said they would remake the 2 sodas. 15 minutes later we finally get our sodas back and surprise surprise they’re still flat! Oh but this time they magically had ice, so the ice isn’t what is making the drinks flat. At this point I had been sitting there for so long that I just wanted to go home, so we left with the flat drinks and threw them in the trash the moment we got home. Sat down to eat the food and of course it’s ice cold because we were sitting and waiting there for 45 minutes. Not only that but the bacon burgers did not have any bacon and the burgers were a sloppy mess that I wouldn’t even feed to a stray dog. I put in a complaint that night. Got an email saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. Well I guess their corporate office has the same poor customer service as this location because it’s been well over 48 hours and go figure I still have yet to hear from anyone. That’s okay though because now you get to deal with my bank after I did my chargeback. Bet you’ll get back to them real quick. 45 minutes and $30 later I got no food (threw the terrible looking burgers away too) and only wasted my time. Save the time and energy and go literally anywhere else. There is not a single Sonic in the area that won’t mess up your order or have bratty little teenagers that doesn’t know customer service. I rarely eat Sonic and this is the reason right here. I have not had a good experience at a Sonic in probably 15 years. Oh and by the way. I will be calling corporate tonight after I get off work to actually get someone on the phone to let them know how bad this location is being ran. You messed with the wrong guy. Highly agitated! I absolutely love the slushies from here, but there is no consistency!!!! This is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve ordered a lime aide slushie with extra lime fruit and strawberries and no limes whatsoever in the cup! Just waisting my money at this point! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
