I like Sonic. Especially the unsweetened tea and lemonade drink. I wish they could find better lids for their shake cups. The lids they use pop off as soon as you pick up the cup. I ended up with about 1/4 of my shake in my lap and down the side of my console. It wasn't the servers fault, but I don't think there must be better fitting lids available. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We love that you're a fan of the tea and lemonade mix! We’re going to jump on that lid issue right away so your next shake experience is a total win, Jody. We are so excited to have you back for a mess-free treat soon!

Everytime I go here to get drinks or sometimes food after work I have to wait 25 minutes on a order that I placed 10 minutes ago on the app before I even got there. Half the time they only bring me just the food and I have to remind them to give me my drinks. And when I pay in cash they don’t even give me my change back. And also about 2 months ago I ordered a milkshake through the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes on the shake whenever there was no one there. Then after leaving and tasting my shake, it was so sour. Basically expired milk in a shake form. DO BETTER KILGORE SONIC! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 6 months ago

We know you’re on the move, and we’re bummed we kept you waiting today. Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll be sharing it with the appropriate team.

Ate a smash burger and some fries and used the ketchup package to squirt in my mouth ... most peacefully 10 minutes I had in a long time ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner 6 months ago

We love that we could provide those 10 minutes of pure peace! There is nothing quite like a smash burger, some salty fries, and your own unique way of enjoying the ketchup to hit the reset button. See you at the stalls, Carrie!
