I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Sonic location with two to-go orders. For my first order, I checked in when I arrived and waited about 20 minutes with no update. I eventually pressed the red button to let them know I was there, even though I had already checked in. After that, someone finally brought my food out, but my order was incomplete, my BBQ sauce was missing and my fries were cold. I had to ask for hot fries and the missing sauce. My second order was even worse. The order disappeared from the screen, so I pressed the button again to let them know I had a second order under a different name. I was told over the speaker that when it disappears it means they’re on their way, but no one ever brought my food out. I waited over an hour total for both orders. While I was waiting, an argument broke out with another customer who was having the same issues. The manager in the green shirt did not de-escalate the situation and instead brought attitude toward the customer she was speaking with and also toward me over the speaker previously, which made the situation even worse! It also seemed like someone was taking orders off the screen so it wouldn’t run the times up, which made things even more confusing and frustrating. Overall, this location is not managed well at all. DO.NOT.COME.HERE!!!!!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually don't have trouble at this location but last night I had the rudest young man take my order. He was irritated after every item I ordered and when I asked for ranch and marinara with my cheddar peppers he only put ranch on the screen, so at the end of my order I asked for marinara sauce and he was very rude about it, like I had asked for a kidney or something then when my order was delivered there was only one ranch and no marinara sauce. The person who delivered was nice so I just didn't bother. The way he spoke to me was no way to talk to anybody much less taking an order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
