The payment system on the screen wasn't working and kept changing my payment method. Then, the server refused to give me my payment receipt. I keep track of my payments. An order slip does not show proof of payment! Also the person who took my order kept cutting me off when I wasn't done ordering and I was not taking long to speak. She was very impatient. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Just went through drive through for a large order of mozzarella sticks. I get my food and the worker looks every else but at me and didn't say a word. Just hands me the bag and closes the window. That's fine no biggie, we all have bad days right? I get my food and the sticks are soggy and Luke warm at best. I park my vehicle and go up to glass front doors. I knock and 3 woman just stare at me. About 30 secs go by and I say "hello, anyone gonna help me here?". Older woman comes out and asks what's going on. I tell her these are gross and id like them remade, you should try one... She says we will make a new one, we always make them fresh to order...HAHA so what did u give me the 1st time? The previous persons order made fresh an hour ago? 30 secs later I get handed back a bag, no apology, again just handed a bag like I'm distorting their work flow and a problem. I taste the mozzarella sticks...guys I wish it was a joke. They literally shoved my return order back into the fryer for 20 secs and call that fresh to order. I will do everything in my power to never visit this location again. Abysmal service and quality of food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a sonic drive-in not really much to say. Usually go after school when its hot for happy hour slushes. Sometimes the food is burnt, but they don't seem to mind replacing that stuff.
