Waited over 20 minutes for a small order of food, only to be blocked in my car space because the line of cars backed up through the drive through. After looking at the reviews from the past few months, it’s clear no improvement has been made. And charging for sauce is ridiculous. Food: 1

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Getting your order out to you quickly and clearly communicating our pricing are top priorities for us, Joey. We are sorry your visit missed our standards for speed and accommodating service. We are forwarding your notes to the team to review our order fulfillment flow and drive-thru timing, and we hope you will give us another chance to show you a completely seamless trip.

This place is a joke, you have 16 years old playing manager not knowing the 1st thing about customer service treating customers that paid for their food with no respect. Getting customers food wrong then blaming the customer that are upset because you rather talk over them then listen to the complaint. Ringgold Sonic is horrible!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 4 months ago

My wife and I ordered 2 drinks and a jr burger at this sonic. Waited 20 min, got drink wrong, had to push button several times just to get someone else to answer. Finally got everything and was leaving and there is every employee standing outside smoking. None of them was giving a care in the world about their customers. Sorry excuse for a sonic. Won't be back and dont bother ev3n stopping there.
