Ordered 2 shakes on mobile app with a completion time of 4:36. Didn't get the 2 shakes till 4:56. 20 minutes 2 make 2 shakes? Also they didn't bring any straws or spoons and had to go back in for that. Overall disappointed. Shakes were good once we got them Price per person: $1–10

Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, so we're so sorry for the extended wait, Rick. We know your time is valuable, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much faster and complete run next time.

This Sonic was great. The girl that served us was cute and friendly and we didn’t have to wait 30 minutes to get our food. Plus our order was correct and exactly what we ordered. I definitely recommend it. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There’s nothing we love more than serving up great vibes alongside our iconic drinks and eats, Amanda. Thanks for the high praise and see you back at Drive-In soon for more of the good stuff!

We came here for supper and the food was cold, and they didn’t listen to what we asked for. We waited an extra 30 mins to get them to fix it but the lady had an attitude. Will NOT be returning. This place has gone down hill and needs to be closed and be replaced with something more valuable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Kimberly, serving hot, fresh, and high-quality meals alongside a warm and friendly attitude is our standard for every visit. We are truly sorry your food didn't meet our quality expectations and that the correction process fell short of the welcoming hospitality we aim for. Your detailed notes are being shared with the team so they can review our cooking guidelines and guest recovery procedures, and we hope you will give us another chance to provide a completely satisfying experience.
