It was embarrassing to be here today! I have mistakenly sit on their table without placing the order. Suddenly i have been notified that i have to place order in order to sit. Instantly, i go to cashier and ask for place the order. The cashier informed me that i can not sit there even though i order from here as i have already have a order from other cafe. It was so embarrassing to requesting for 10min at the cashier. My family is sitting on that table , they have made us to leave from there and sit to the next table belong to their neighbour restaurant but with their food . Zero hospitality, rude manner and a very bad experience with #SOUL CAFE. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
