this place might just be the best japanese restaurant i've ever visited. the food is very high quality and you can taste it as soon as you try it. there is a lot of flavor and is packed with intensity but what really stood out to me was the salmon carpaccio as it had a uniqueness to it. i also tried the salmon nigiri which was the best nigiri i've ever tried. the rice was amazing and so was the salmon, it goes well with a bit of wasabi too. the service is good and the atmosphere is comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Soy Rabat The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Abd lwahad for his kindness, professionalism, and great customer service. He was very welcoming, helpful, and made our experience even more enjoyable.
