It's Sunday. A lot of people. Water massages cost about 35% in terms of quantity. You have to wait in line. The rescuers say that there is nothing that can be done about it, that it is a ready-made program set by the owner. In large jets, there are 2 out of 4. In small underwater ones, only a few.

Unfortunately, I am forced to change my previous positive opinion about the facility. The reception staff in the pool area are simply rude. Ignoring the customer, requests for help met with a smile and turning away. Plus rude answers to my questions. I regularly visit Spa Orkana and other similar facilities and this was the first time I encountered such an approach. I noticed that opinions similar to mine have appeared before. So this is not an isolated case. I do not recommend visiting this facility. There are other saunas/swimming pools in Lublin and the surrounding area (Świdnik) where I have never encountered such an approach to the customer. I will only add that this does not apply to all service ladies, the opinion is based on a visit today (August 31).

Please note that the situation mentioned concerns behavior that is inconsistent with the Regulations of the Water and Sauna Zone, and therefore our employee could not fulfill your request. When using the facility as part of the Multisport Card, each customer has an uninterrupted 60 minutes to use, the time is counted from the moment of entry to the moment of settling the watch upon leaving. Therefore, suspending the stay for the duration of the screening and not charging per minute fees was unjustified. More
