What a great value for a fine dining experience! Students of the SPC practice their skills of service and cooking for visitors. Go to their website to make your reservation but be quick as they do fill up quickly. The food was very delicious and changes weekly featuring a different style or country of cuisine. The dining room at Artemisia's has a lovely view of San Antonio and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend! Total cost is $18.98 per person.

It's great food here. The students who want to become chefs make the food. They make it from scratch. You get a soup or salad and then entree then dessert all for $10 I think. They have different cuisines each Tuesday or Thursday.

This is a hidden gem. It is the cooking school at St Phillip's college. They have a lunch service daily during the semesters that classes are offered. The cost is only $9 and it was amazing when I visited. This summer they are covering a new region every day of the week. Greek fare was prepared the day I attended. The pastry dishes were amazing!! The flakiness of the pastries was perfection! The baklava was infused with the most flavorful honey and the nuts were ground ever so finely! It was divine! The food and service is prepared and provided by the students so there is a lot of pride and dedication through out the experience! I highly recommend it. You do have to call ahead to reserve and you do pre-pay. It is well worth it. Check the St Phillips website for the dates of service, service times, the menu, and the phone number to reserve! Great little find.
