The pizza is genuinely very good and easily deserves a 5-star rating. However, I’m giving 3 stars because I find it hard to justify the additional 3 RON charged for each pizza box, especially given that the overall prices are already on the higher side for this area. For comparison, one of the most well-known pizzerias near Carol Park offers similar quality at lower prices without these extra charges. It also feels like part of a growing trend where customers are increasingly asked to cover costs that traditionally belonged to the restaurant—such as packaging, cutlery, or platform fees. Taken to the extreme, it almost feels like we might soon be expected to prepare the pizza ourselves and still pay for the experience, much like self-checkout in supermarkets. Bună ziua! Vă mulțumim pentru feedback și ne bucurăm că v-a plăcut pizza noastră. Referitor la costul ambalajului, am ales să îl afișăm separat din respect pentru clienții care mănâncă în restaurant; nu am considerat corect ca aceștia să suporte costul cutiilor incluzându-l în prețul produsului. De asemenea, încercăm să menținem prețurile cât mai accesibile: de exemplu, pizza noastră cu mortadella și burrata este 62 RON, în timp ce la "pizzeria renumita" prețul este 78 RON. Pe majoritatea platformelor de livrare, ambalajul este o taxă separată. Ne pare rău pentru inconvenient, însă am preferat această variantă în locul unei creșteri generale de preț pentru toate produsele. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere!"
