I had the best lunch and coffee in Spud today!! Fab menu, amazing portions and the loveliest staff!! If you haven't checked out Spud yet, I'd 100% recommend it - you'll not be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We've popped into this place a few times now. It's really close to a car park and walking distance to town centre and right up the road from the Art Centre (which is great). The look of the place is so cute. It's all decked out in a gorgeous yellow and features brightly coloured art. Clean, bright and well-decorated. The staff are all super friendly and the food is gorgeous! My partner has the vegan/vegetarian baked potato is so yummy and the potion is a great size. I have the poached eggs on toast and it's lovely. I love the extra details such as warmed plates! It makes all the difference. There's a good sized menu so definitely something for everyone. And if you do pop in, try the sweet treats! ;) Will definitely be back again. A lovely little hidden gem. EDIT: They also deliver! One of the things we have missed is having anywhere that can deliver a nice meal that not just regular takeaway food. So for something healthier, this is a nice option.
