Delicious homemade seafood! We had a delightful lunch here after visiting Berlenga Island. Please note it is cash only and all the food is made fresh, making it take a little longer. Everything felt like a local grandmother with all the love in the world. 10/10 recommend! The staff is so sweet, ran by a mother and daughter and make you feel like part of the family! The family owner Is very very much involved in sharing with the guests. Once you step in here , you just have to be certain of one thing : do not bother trying finding your preferred dish too hard. They will tell you what you shall (should) eat (and also drink). Engage into a gentle conversation with them and you will learn many things about Peniche. This being said, my "Caldeirada de mariscos" was a very good and indeed home made (Lady owner Ana told me she had personaly prepared it). I really recommend Sao Pedro, it is so distinct from most anonymous restaurants alongside Avenida do Mar... Vou voltar com certeza... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €25–30
