If you’re craving a good Indian dosa, you should definitely check out SRI RANGHAS in Battaramulla. This place has never disappointed me! The food is delicious with great taste, and the service is always friendly and reliable. Highly recommend giving it a try. Highly disappointing and the worst service experience I've ever had here. My visit on 2025.10.28 was a complete disaster. I waited for more than 10 minutes at my table, and not a single waiter came over. It was incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored. When I finally managed to ask one of the staff why no one was attending to my table, the excuse given was that they "didn't have enough workers that day." If you can't properly staff your restaurant, you shouldn't be open for business. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with the manager/cashier lady, she simply smiled instead of offering an apology or taking action. This complete lack of concern for a customer's bad experience is unacceptable. Safety Hazard: There was a manhole cover/drainage underneath my chair which was extremely slippery. This is a serious safety concern for customers. Past Visits: While I've visited before and had to wait a few minutes for service, it was never this bad. The experience on 2025.10.28 was by far the worst. I would never recommend Sri Rangaas to anyone based on this experience. The complete breakdown in service and the staff's poor response is enough to ensure I will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
