Tasty Okinawa Soba, But the Wait Might Not Be Worth It Stand Eibun serves delicious Okinawa soba with perfectly cooked noodles and a flavorful broth. The simplicity and authenticity of the dish are definitely its highlights, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation. That said, the line can get quite long, and while the soba is good, it might not justify an extended wait. If you’re lucky enough to visit during a quieter time, it’s definitely worth stopping by. However, if there’s a long queue, you may want to consider whether it’s worth your time.
