First impression of the shop was cute, minimal, and very inviting. Ordering was easy, and the menu was clean, simple, and easy to understand. I accidentally spilled my coffee, and they immediately offered to make me a new one. That level of hospitality was beyond my expectations. As for the food, it was absolutely worth the drive. We ordered the Tonkotsu Sando and several other items, and there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t enjoy. Everything was delicious, and we’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30

the chicken katsu sando is out of this world! the homemade milk bread is soft and flavorful and the perfect complement to the lightly breaded and fried juicy chicken. the hojicha was really tasty as well and my friend said her matcha was a 10/10. i got the special version of the hojocha with the sweetener and while i dont usually like my drinks sweet, this was perfectly balanced. i cant wait to go back! ps - not sure how it gets throughout the day, but i arrived 5 minutes before opening on a thursday and there were 5 people waiting in line. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
