Visitors don't like medium steaks at this restaurant. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. But as for the Google rating, STEAK BOSS earned 4.4.

For some reason, I suddenly craved steak. So, I decided to try a recommended steak place in Jember called Steak Boss. They have several steak options on the menu, and the taste is quite good. The prices are affordable, the place is fairly clean, the parking area is spacious, and it's located in the heart of Jember city. The service is also relatively fast. One thing to note is that the place has a semi-outdoor concept with a tent, which can feel a bit stuffy after eating. I'd give the food a rating of 4 out of 5, cleanliness also 4 out of 5. Service-wise, I'd give it 3 out of 5 (the cashier could use a bit more of a smile). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 75–100k Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
