This is one of my favorite experiences from my trip to Japan. Mr. Arase was very kind and hospitable. He played great music on his record player, and is a wonderful story teller. We will make a point to come back to Steppenstone when we next visit Tokyo. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A wonderful bar with a great selection of wshikey and collection of vinyl records. The owner Makoto-san is so welcoming and friendly, it was a pleasure to have a drink while listening to some Bob Dylan.
