Looking for a great lunch in Fukui? The restaurant inside the Courtyard by Marriott Fukui, just steps from Fukui Station, is one of my favorite dining spots. On weekends, they offer a seasonal lunch buffet featuring different themes and regional specialties from across Japan throughout the year. Every visit is a new experience, making it perfect for both first-time visitors and repeat travelers. On weekdays, I also highly recommend their Beauty & Wellness lunch. You can choose one freshly prepared main dish (including pasta, fish, pork, or Japanese wagyu beef) while enjoying an all-you-can-eat buffet of colorful deli salads, fresh bread, desserts, coffee, tea, and healthy drinks. The menu changes with the seasons, highlighting fresh local ingredients and wellness-focused dishes. Another highlight is the beautiful view from the restaurant. You can enjoy panoramic views of Fukui City with the surrounding mountains, making your meal even more memorable. If you’re visiting Fukui, this is a wonderful place to enjoy delicious food, seasonal flavors, and a relaxing atmosphere. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for the weekend buffet.
