I was refused use of my gift cards on 6-10-26. When I entered the store I asked if I could use them, was told they had to scan to see if any money was on it, because balance transfer was taken off, both card have to be scanned. One worked one didn't. While im engaged with the cashier, the lone black guy said hurry up and get him out of here. I then asked for a refund and was told by the black guy who was showing off for them, we don't give refunds. This is highly unprofessional and only happens in black neighborhoods of a no refund policy. It's not a corporate policy but they over look it in certain areas. The black guy was the one being rude, almost as if he was mad because he was 60 in a sandwich shop. So they just told me to come back Saturday to talk to the owner for a refund for something they never even made or I received. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They don't pay attention they dry don't have any customer service ability at all have no clue how to work the subway website and don't care they are just a step below being very rude and then I said must use clean gloves I have somebody who does no beef no pork in any way whatsoever it's extreme he will get sick but yet and still she wants to put a chicken sandwich in the bag with a beef sandwich Good thing I caught her and said did I not say extreme do not did it anyway and then had an attitude when I said something I do not recommend this Subway they are rude disrespectful and just try they have zero customer service skills not none of them that work there Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Make sure you watch them closely because they do not care and will mix
