UPDATE: After more than a month and multiple attempts to reach someone to address this issue, I am still waiting. Customer service doesn't exist with Subway apparently. I placed my online order around 4:20pm and it was supposed to be ready at 4:40pm. When I went to get my sub, the employee told me he didn't get the order yet. I waited 10 minutes, and he still didn't have it. I had already showed him that I ordered and paid, but he refused to make my sub and told me I had to call customer service. I called 3 numbers and one was incorrect and 2 didn't have the option to speak to anyone. I asked him multiple times to just fix my sub, and when he wouldn't, I asked to speak to the manager. He refused my request to get the manager. He wouldn't help at all and said it was my fault/responsibility to get a hold of someone, which was impossible. I wasted 30 minutes of my day, got horrible/no customer service and left without my sub, which is totally unacceptable. My credit card was charged, now I will have to dispute that as well, and all because your system messed up. Price per person: $1–10

I wanted to leave a positive review for the Morse Road Subway location. I stopped in this morning on my way home from work, even though I live in Gahanna. I usually order a salad, and at many Subway locations the vegetables and meat aren’t cut up, which can make it difficult to eat. Tiffany made my order today and took the time to cut everything up and prepare it properly. She paid attention to the details and made sure my salad was put together well. I’ve been to several Subway locations, and Tiffany is the first person who has taken the extra time to do this. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very frustrating experience. The ordering screen outside was not working at all. I kept touching it many times and it wouldn’t respond. When I went to the drive-thru window to explain, they told me I had to either use the screen or come inside. That doesn’t make sense if the screen is broken. It’s not the customer’s fault if the equipment isn’t working. Please fix the ordering screen so customers don’t waste their time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
