The pleasant staff at Subway can show how much they like their customers. The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. You will appreciate low prices. This place got negative comments because of the comfortable atmosphere. This spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I visited this Subway expecting a normal, basic level of customer service, but the experience was very disappointing. The employee who attended me did not speak Spanish, which by itself would not have been an issue if she had shown even a little patience or willingness to communicate. Instead, her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I was not asking her to speak my language, only for a bit of patience while I tried to place my order. Rather than making any effort, she responded with visible frustration, rude facial expressions, and an overall negative attitude. To make matters worse, the way my food was handled reflected that same lack of care. Watching someone prepare your meal while clearly annoyed and making faces is uncomfortable and unacceptable in any food service environment. Customer service should never depend on what language a customer speaks. It should be based on basic respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, this location failed in all of those areas. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a respectful or even minimally pleasant experience. I am not going back to this location. I went as a customer to buy the sandwich and ask the server to open up the restroom as I was paying Customer but he said there is no more restrooms available for public, even if there is a paying customer. This is ridiculous how I’m supposed to eat the sandwich with my hands without washing it. I’m not sure about other people, but I don’t eat without washing my hands. I am definitely not going back at this location.

We placed a mobile order at barely after 9pm on Sunday, since the app and google both said the store was open until 10p. We paid and came to pick it up, and the doors were locked. When I called I was told, rudely, by the girl who answered that they closed an hour before, at 9pm, and had not gotten a mobile order and would not be filling it. I asked why and she was rude and dismissive, and would provide me no assistance. I am thoroughly disappointed with this location and will not be trying again.
