Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two pretzels through the Subway app and went to pick them up. The location appeared to share space with an Auntie Anne’s, so I asked if they could cancel my order because I wanted to buy directly from Auntie Anne’s instead. The employee I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. He told me online orders could only be canceled by phone, and when I asked follow-up questions, he suddenly claimed he couldn’t speak English. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely disrespected. I will not be returning. To make matters worse, when I searched this address in the Auntie Anne’s app, the location didn’t even show up. The setup feels misleading, so customers should be aware before placing an order. The customer service (which I can’t even call it service) is horrible! The workers/owners are not friendly, helpful or even respectful!! The food was terrible and the tables were dirty! This is my second visit hoping I came on a bad day since this is the only subway in the area I tried again. I will NEVER make that mistake again!! They were slow! They were nasty! I’m disgusted truly! I don’t even write reviews usually but I took time for this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
