The night shift is extremely unprofessional. Has an attitude. Doesn’t tell you the order is ready even after you check in, and it was incomplete. Order at your own risk. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. I placed my order through the app ahead of time so I could pick it up during my lunch break, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, I got there 20 minutes after placing the order and they hadn’t even started it. There was only one employee working, which I understand can be difficult, but the service was extremely slow. He kept going to the back and taking his sweet time with everything, showing no sense of urgency. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes inside the store. In total, it took about 40 minutes to get my food, which is unacceptable considering I had already paid through the app. To make things worse, the food was cold by the time I received it. I do not recommend this location at all. Hopefully the owners take action because the service seriously needs improvement. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
