This store has delivered to the wrong address once. Driver refused to go get it and bring to the correct address. Doordash assured me that I would get a refund. Never received. The next time I ordered the order came up wrong. I immediately called the store to change. The person who answered the phone said it was already made and they were going to deliver as is. When I protested he hung up on me. The driver arrived with the incorrect order and I sent it back to the store. Doordash again told me I would get a full refund. Never received The guy that runs this store is unbelievably rude and ignorant of any idea of customer service. Doordash are theives and liars. I am done with the store and the delivery service they use. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's 6:30 on a Saturday, and the sign says "Open until 8:00" on Saturdays (and other days) but I found the lights are on but no one is home (or at work)! I walked here from a friend's newly purchased place on the hill to purchase 6 subs - one for each person who's present. I came here based on the advertised hours, and feel less than happy. Since I started writing this a few minutes ago, three other people tried to go inside, only to find the door locked. I called too, no answer. This Subway doesn't deserve my, or probably your, patronage. If they misrepresent this matter, I'd guess they have no issue using outdated food or condiments maybe, perhaps not washing their hands after using the bathroom, who knows? Slackers will be slackers. I will be taking our business elsewhere. Subway's being lame in La Mesa. This location anyhow.
