Was oddly craving a subway sandwich today, so my husband treated me to our first "take out" meal in awhile since we've been cooking at home due to COVID. All the ladies working there were awful in their customer service. The girl we got seemed fine, at first, until it was time to pay for our sandwiches. I had a rewards card hidden in my wallet and I told her I'd like to swipe it to see if I have a birthday offer or some type of $2 off coupon (since my birthday is in July) and she didn't care about my reward card at all - said it was an invalid card because she didn't know how to ring it up in the register. She even got my cookie order wrong because (again) she didn't want to listen to me and what I had to say. All in all, I'll never go back to this subway again. There's ZERO reason to treat customers like sh*t and not listen to their needs when your working for a company that allows customers to customize their meals. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location.

It was 100 degrees today and I had to do some errands. I haven't been to this Subway in a while so stopped in for cool drink and a sandwich. The young lady that helped me was great until the end. She asked if I wasted to make my meal a combo and I told her I just wanted a medium soda and some ice since it was so hot. She took my money, gave me my cup and waited until I was at the machine to inform me they were out of ice, but the soda is cold. I was too angry to get a refund and threw my cup away. When I got home and tried my sandwich I was very disappointed. This was a little after noon on a week day and the bread was hard and dry! Day old bread and no ice. My dogs enjoyed the sandwich but I will never go back to this Subway again, maybe not any of them now that are so many other sandwich shops available. I don't recommend this place at all!

So good. By the way this location is not closed. Weird that it says that! Did a catering order for our office today and loved the way everything was made and how the condiments were on the side. The picky eaters were very happy about that. Everything was fresh and ready on time.
