I had a great experience at Subway today! My online order was entered incorrectly, but Adam went above and beyond to fix my sandwich without hesitation. He was kind, patient, and truly made my day with his excellent customer service. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making things right. Thank you, Adam! The guy behind the counter maybe named Kerid or something, idk he was beyond rude to me, my mother and my kids. He was also so ugly to his coworker Cara and clearly made her uncomfortable. He pretty much pushed her out of the way bc she wasn’t doing it fast enough for him. This is not the first time I’ve encountered him. He snapped at my mother when asking for jalepenos and when I told him he didn’t need to be rude he laughed. I will NEVER come back to this location. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
