Driving back to laredo we stopped to pickup dinner at Subway in lytle Tx. Out of all the restaurants there We had a bad experience at Subway with the young girl (employee) seemed agitated so some reason and took it out on us as we were trying to order. I ask her to please toast bread but without the meat..she threw the meat back into the tray and said she had asked me and said I never responded..which was a lie..as I was telling my husband about the bad customer service she said look if you don't like it you can go eat somewhere else I've had a bad day! My boss just left...I told my husband let's go. Where is the customer service training nowa days? I've gone to subways in Laredo and never have we been treated like we did at Lytle Tx. I hope this reaches the headquarters bc Subway in Laredo is one of many Laredoans favorite and our Laredo customer service exceeded expectations.. Meal type: Dinner
