Most people find that you can order tasty meatball sub and good meatballs here. A number of guests consider the staff nice. Service at this fast food is something one can name cool. The spectacular atmosphere does not attract visitors. Subway has been rated below average by Google.

Not even trying in customer service . Saw two employees smoking a vape right in front of 3 customers. And one at the register said out loud,” I’m so aggravated!!” And it wasn’t even busy. Mine was a pick up order. I hope they retrain their staff and/or hire people who are actually customer service oriented. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great sandwiches, sort of. If only they had been the sandwiches we ordered! We ordered 2 Spicy Italian foot long subs toasted with various vegetables and dressing. What we got was 1 Spicy Italian and one ham and turkey. We wanted them toasted and they were not. We wanted 1 with tomatoes and the other not. Neither had tomatoes. I could go on My husband was a good sport and ate the ham and turkey but GEEZ! It was all right there on the receipt! Let’s have some attention to detail here! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5

My grandson placed an online order, he was notified it would be ready & order has been placed. When we got there we were told NO order had been received therefore no sandwich. We showed her the order showed placed AND it had been taken out of bank account. We were told since it wasn’t in their system no sandwich & we would NOT be charged. WRONG! The charge POSTED today, order was placed Sunday. We got NOTHING. I don’t understand how when we showed you on our phones order # AND charge against my debit card why we weren’t given a sandwich. You just lost our business for LIFE & we were regulars! Over $11.57 when we had PROOF of online order AND charge against our debit card. Now I’m going to dispute charge with my bank & NEVER return to ANY Subway in future!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
