Absolutely horrible service. Their hours say they open at 7am on their door and we arrived at 10am and were told they aren’t open or serving people until a second staff member gets there. We asked when that was and she shrugged. Prior to this, we went to the Main Street location in rice lake and their door was locked and we didn’t see any staff even though lights were on and the sign on the door said they opened at 7am. Subway is not on my priority list of places to go waste any more time. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
