Why are you telling people they cant use their points and a deal, or you'll cancel/refund their order? If the app lets you use both you have no reason to be canceling people's orders that they payed for and came to get. If you have a problem with that bring it up with your corporate and get them to change it in the app or else dont cancel my order. It it not the customers problem to deal with if its making you guys lose money. Its the way the app is made and that has nothing to do with the customers your servicing. I used to go to this Subway all the time when the previous manager was there. The food was fresh and a good portion. Recently I have gone and the new people working there are very stingy with the salad makings and the tuna on sandwiches. There is barely any tuna for the amount of bread. When I pointed this out to the manager he said that is 2 scoops ( of a melon baller !) They only seem to care about making money , not making their customers happy. Meal type: Lunch
