The lady with pink/purple hair always has the worst attitude. She constantly is rolling her eyes and scoffing as soon as the place gets mildly busy. I work in retail and would never act that way in front of customers. Also left what I assume is her vape in public view on a table with letters for the billboard out front. Overall terrible customer service by her constantly.

Usually when I come here the 2 guys that work behind the counter are wonderful. I always order the same sub and have from any subway I have ever gone. A pizza sub. Nothing crazy! So tonight I go in and order my pizza sub like usual and the woman looked at me like I was crazy and said they never had that sandwich. I told her what it was and that I have got this sandwich my whole life. She then got snarky and said it wasn't on the menu. Her attitude was awful so I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. After getting back in the car I looked on the subway website and they do in fact still have pizza subs. I think a little more training on customer service and knowledge of products is in order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
